Hi, Purchased a new laptop - Leveno Ideapad 330 & I'm having a difficult
tome installing Ubuntu - Tried 16.04 & 18.04 per CD disc install. ( I'm
advanced beginner) .
I have not come across anything helpful but if you could provide - Links
(s) , Advice, it would be appreciated.

are you having problems with network connectivity?
at what point during the install process are you getting error messages?
what are they?
